Hand-Painted Custom Pet Portrait – 2-Layer Glass Framed Art

A hand-painted pet portrait from your photo

Commission a custom portrait of your dog, cat or another beloved pet, with their expression and character guiding the painting. Each finished portrait is painted by hand, not printed, and supplied as a complete framed piece. It has two glass layers in total, including the outer protective layer. Two layers does not mean two separately painted layers; this is a glass presentation, not an acrylic product.

Choose a head portrait or full-body composition for one pet. Your order includes the completed framed portrait; no additional accessories are included.

A clear reference photo helps us understand the details that matter to you.

Choose your pet portrait’s outer frame size

All sizes below describe the outside of the frame, not the visible artwork or inner opening. Inch measurements are approximate.

How your custom pet portrait is created

1. Upload your photo. Choose a clear photo with good natural light and visible facial details. We aim to check it within 24 hours.

2. Photo acceptance and painting. When we email you confirming that your photos are suitable for creation, your commission enters the painting stage. This is also the cutoff for change-of-mind cancellation. We do not provide a digital design proof before painting.

3. Review the artwork. We complete the initial painting and email photos of it for your review within 14 calendar days after photo acceptance. Any revisions and your response time are additional.

4. Approve and dispatch. Once you explicitly approve the finished artwork, we inspect, pack and dispatch it within 2–3 business days. If you have not replied within 72 hours, we send a reminder. We do not treat silence as approval or dispatch without your approval.

Calendar days include weekends. Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Estimated transit after dispatch is a separate stage.

Revisions and refinements

Your order includes 3 free revision rounds within the agreed brief. Please combine your feedback into one message for each round; allow 2–3 business days per round after we receive your complete comments. If a little more refinement is needed, we will review reasonable requests individually. Additional rounds are not automatically included. A new pet, replacement reference photo or substantially different concept may require a separate quote and more time, which we will agree with you before proceeding. Corrections of our errors or work that does not meet the agreed requirements do not use your included rounds.

Please read before ordering

For this hand-painted commission, change-of-mind cancellation and refunds are no longer available once we email you confirming that your photos are suitable for creation and your commission enters the painting stage. This does not affect remedies for defects, damage, incorrect items, work that is not as described, missed shipment commitments or other rights under applicable law.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free to supported addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and serviceable areas of Canada. Estimated transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Import duties and import taxes are prepaid through our shipping arrangement; any taxes collected at checkout are shown separately. Please contact us before ordering for a remote, island or other special delivery address so we can confirm service availability.
