Your personalized puzzle arrives unassembled as individual pieces, with your selected display frame included. Enjoy putting your pet’s portrait together, then use the frame to display your completed artwork. The puzzle is not assembled before dispatch.

• Five artwork sizes: 70, 120, 200, 500, or 1000 pieces.
• Three frame colors: Natural, White, or Black. The Natural option describes a light, wood-inspired color appearance only; it does not specify the frame material.

Design preview by email: We review your photos and may request a clearer image. We aim to email your first personalized design preview within 2 business days after your photos are accepted, using the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not see our message by then, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact support@unimemorie.com. Production begins only after you explicitly approve the final design.

How Personalization Works

1. Choose your options and upload photos. Select a scene, size, and frame color, then upload up to three clear pet photos using the upload field on this page. Include any special details in the optional notes field.
2. Review your artwork preview. After accepting your photos, we aim to email your first personalized digital preview within 2 business days. If it has not arrived, please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us if needed. You can request up to 2 free revision rounds. For details about proof approval, see our Terms of Service.
3. Approve the final design. We begin production only after receiving your explicit approval. Please check details carefully before confirming.
4. Production, packing, and delivery. After you approve the final design, we produce your personalized puzzle and pack its individual pieces with the included display frame. Artwork Sizes

These are approximate puzzle-artwork dimensions, not outer-frame or shipping-package dimensions. The frame increases the finished external size. Final dimensions and shipping weight depend on the selected format and packaging.

Will I need to put the puzzle together?
Yes. Your personalized jigsaw is delivered as separate pieces for you to assemble. Your selected frame is included so you can display the completed artwork afterward.

What does Natural mean for the frame color?
Natural is a light, wood-inspired color choice. It describes the frame’s appearance only, not the material it is made from.

Are the photos and scenes exact representations of my finished item?
Scene images illustrate the available artistic directions. Your finished portrait is personalized using your photos and the final design that you approve. Product colors may appear different on different screens.

How is my portrait created?
Your portrait is designed digitally from your pet photos and selected scene. The process uses digital creative tools, which may include AI assistance, alongside human review and adjustments where needed. You will see and approve your personalized design before production.

Can I request a change to the design?
Yes. You may request up to 2 free rounds of design revisions before final approval. Production starts only after you explicitly approve the final design. Learn more in our Terms of Service.

What photos should I upload?
Upload up to three clear, well-lit pet photos (JPG, JPEG, or PNG recommended; maximum 5 MB each). A face-on image works well, and additional angles can show special markings. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered photos. We will contact you if we need clearer images.

Can my portrait include more than one pet?
Please contact support@unimemorie.com before ordering so we can confirm feasibility and any additional pricing. Multi-pet service is not included unless expressly selected and confirmed.

When will I receive my design preview?
We aim to email your first preview within 2 business days after we accept your photos. Please check your inbox, spam, or junk folder. If it has not arrived, contact support@unimemorie.com with your order number.

When will my order ship?
We aim to send your first design preview within 2 business days after your photos are accepted. Where our usual production target applies, we aim to ship within 12 business days after you approve the final design; this does not include preparing the proof or the time you take to approve it. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, and the shipment commitment shown at checkout applies. What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact support@unimemorie.com with your order number and photos where available. See the available remedies in our Refund & Return Policy. This does not limit your applicable statutory rights.

Can I cancel or return a personalized order?
You may request a full refund before custom production begins. Once production has started after proof approval, change-of-mind returns or cancellations are generally not refundable, while rights for defective, incorrect, or delayed orders remain protected.
